Question: Overtraining how to tell? HELP!?

Overtraining how to tell? HELP!?

<span class="qna-sprite abDescExpandIcon"/>

So I did 6 days of body weights exercises (Pull-Ups, Push-Ups, Chin-Ups, Leg Raises, Forearm Pull Ups,) Sprints, Incline Treadmill Walking (Highest Incline) and using Weights (Dumbbell Press Incline, Walking Lunges, Stiff Leg Dumbbell Deadlift, Rows, Shoulder Press, Dumbbell Flys for Shoulder. All of this was in each day, I focus on doing heavy weight then go to light weight all of these exercises I use slow reps to ensure I am flexing muscle, then some quick reps (Except Sprints Obviously). But I felt great each time I was finish, never felt tired and looked great. So is this Overtraining? Yet I am making gains in all including sprints and I eat a lot of meals take whey, creatine, fish oil and collagen. Should I stop or can I continue doing this? From what I heard your suppose to do 1 group each day, so you let them rest but I fear getting weaker and not looking as good. Answer ASAP!
