Is it bad to work out everyday?
<span class="qna-sprite abDescExpandIcon"/>
Hi. I love working out. I usually go outside and do pull ups, push ups, dips basically bodyweight stuff. I had an injury from working out in the gym with bad form that took me 3 years to recover (not fully recovered btw). I started to do those exercises seriously for the past 2 weeks and noticed that i got very strong. i can manage to do 40 pulls ups, 30 dips and 50 push ups a day now.My shoulders used to be very very weak and i had a lot of pain in my joints but now its gone and i feel much better. On the days that I dont exercise (taking a day off) my pain slowly returns and the next day its harder for me to get myself together to exercise. So my question is, is it bad to exercise everyday? gymnasts train almost everyday and they get buff as hell. I do take days off on the weekends or when im busy with school. Also doesnt my body recover when i sleep?
