so i had been jogging for about 2 weeks for 15 mins and yoga for 15. I didnt change my diet, but i ate smaller proportions. i weighed 124-123. I recently weighed myself and im now 116. I didnt think it worked because i didnt feel like i was doing much? - should i keep this routine or change it?
