Question: Need To Lose 10 Pounds in 2 Weeks!?

My mom is also allergic to eggs, but she keeps her weight down and stuff. I asked her what she does: She goes to the gym about 4 times a week. She does cardio and uses her own body as weights. She tries to make zumba classes and stuff. My mom suggests that you go to the weight room and use overhand lifts and hand presses. You can build up muscle that way. She says to eat a lot of greens, but stay away from cabbage. Eat spinach, kale, and fish (unless you don't want to). Eat brown rice, cut back on pasta (absolutely no red sauce, if you must just chop up some tomatoes). If you can't got the gym just go for long walks. Run a little bit if you want to. Try to walk up slopes and stairs. Do not try any weird diets, because when you stop the weight just comes back. Just eat a little better. eat breakfast, lunch, dinner, and some snacks in between.



My mom is 51 but she still gets carded when she goes to buy alcohol. She's not fat and she looks good. I hope her tips help you.
