What are some stretches that can get my body really, really flexable?

I want to learn how to do super high kicks, the splits, etc...I mean all kinds of flexable moves! I want to make Parkour free running videos, I want to be a cheerleader, a volleyball player, and a kick boxer/mma fighter. I know it's a lot, but I'm going for it...Put a website of some sort to give me the excercise I need to get flexable! (:
