So day 1 was once good enough, although I do not suppose I stayed underneath 500
I ate
- banana
- carrot
- an excessive amount of salmon (and I used to be actually ailing after in order that wasn’t excellent!)
Nowadays I used to be so hungry after now not consuming a lot the previous day and throwing up, I felt dizzy and vulnerable
I ate
- 2 eggs one hundred forty
- four items of toast 350
So that’s about 500, however my major purpose now could be to remain between 350-four hundred which might be extra really helpful!
I will plan now what I’ll devour for the remainder of the week:
Tuesday – oatmeal, carrot
Wednesday – eggs, fruit
Thursday – small dinner
Friday – small dinner
Saturday – eggs on toast for breakfast
Sunday – small dinner
