3 cups potatoes, cubed
1 cup sweet potatoes, cubed
1 cup carrots, cubed
1 green pepper, chopped
1 yellow pepper, chopped
8 cloves garlic, peeled
1 large onion, peeled and chopped
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp fresh rosemary
1 tsp fresh sage
1 tsp salt
Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix. Bake at 400 degrees on a greased cookie sheet for 20 minutes. Cast off and stir greens round, then bake for any other 20 minutes. Revel in!
