oh sure - any sort of exercise is great. And then just remember - if you don't eat it, you don't have to walk it off. So try what you can to curtail the eating in the first place. Of course the problem is that we have SO MUCH FOOD now - and unfortunately a lot of this is garbage - like macdonalds stuff which has become "normal" food for a lot of people.. This stuff is just LOADED with calories you don't need.
Consider that one cheeseburger with fries might be 1200 calories.... and that equals 5 or 6 heads of cabbage or some other good food. So think about eating 5 heads of cabbage in 1/2 hour like you do a macdonald's cheeseburger! You couldn't do it.
