Question: I lost 40 ibs in 5 weeks?

I lost 40 ibs in 5 weeks?

So I would eat normally. I would eat junk food and healthy food. Truth is I never did diets. For exercise everyday I would run up and down the stairs for 60 min. Then I would walk/ jog with my friend for 2 hours. (We did more walking then running) it this unhealthy? Will I gain it all back? Should I keep doing this?
