I feel a little bad after my cheat meal?

So today is my cheat day. I had oatmeal with banana for breakfast, then I ate an apple around 4. The reason why I didnt eat so much today was because I was out playing volleyball and I didnt have time. Anyway, I went to a bbq around 7. I ate quite a few nuts, more than I probably should have.. Also different kinds of fruits (again, more than i probably should have eaten) and a few pieces of meat.. I feel so bloated right now. I am going to start eatibg healthy again from tomorrow morning, but I still feel a bit crap... Do you think ill gain a lot of weight from all those fruits/ nuts/ meat?
