Dont recognize what to do.

Hello there all.



I’m chubby and wish to transform match and bult like a rugby participant. I do know to construct muscle and get large you want to increase calorie intake. eat big to get big as they say.



But I am already fat and overweight, What should i do, maintain calories, increase calories or decrease energy to burn fats and develop large in muscle tissue.



PS i do know what ever energy I take they should be from smooth consuming.
