NEW YORK: Neurological Disorders might now get fixed by itself. Well, this is possible as far as the study of nerve cells is concerned. Scientists in Germany have claimed that ingredient in curries has the potential to heal the brain automatically.

According to the study, the ingredient is turmeric. It has high value of Aromatic-Turmerone. The scientists said that the compound can be very helpful for the growth of the nerve cells in the brain. The Scientists from Neuroscience and Medicine said that higher is the concentration of the Aromatic-Turmerone compound in the brain, better will be the growth of the nerve cells and more will be a chance of healing. To establish the study, the scientists also conducted an experiment on the rats. Rats were infused with Aromatic-Turmerone rich fluid. The impact of the Aromatic-Turmerone compound on the brain was instantly visible, the scientists claimed. The portion of the brain which produces the nerve cells was found to be more active.

Scientists said that as of now Curcumin has been treated as high anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective in nature. But, the new research has suggested that turmeric can also be an equally good option for the neurological disorders. The researchers claimed that the Aromatic-Turmerone can be used to enhance the stem cells which in turn can repair the brain. The scientists have already published a report in a famous magazine called Stem Cell Research and Therapy. So, according to the research and study, spicing up the food with turmeric might help someone in brain healing.
