Hey im trying to lose around 8 lbs and I know that I need to incorporate fitness and a clean diet in my life to lose the weight but of course I want to maintain the weight loss but i dont want to have to count calories for the rest of my life or if I decide to count calories how do I increase my calorie intake Without gaining weight back?? Please help fill free to just give me the rundown of losing and maintaining weight
