Question: Does blood pressure increasing during exercise?

Yes because your heart is trying to pump more blood and more oxygen around to the muscles that need it. The faster and harder you work out the more oxygen your muscles need and the faster and harder your heart has to pump. If your overweight, and your veins are lined with excess cholesterol, it narrows the passage through which your heart has to pump blood, therefore making it work even harder. This increases your blood pressure and can give you a heart attack
