I’m 6 days far from P4. Liw 123.6, stabilized 121.6-122.
On the weekends I’m not regimented with my consuming. I consume rather a lot much less actually as a result of I am busy and simply do not stick with consuming each three-5 hours just like the weekdays. Mondays I all the time weight about a hundred and twenty however by using Tuesday morning I prove again to my standard 121.6-121.eight. I am considering that is customary water weight loss and regain.
Is this anything to be concerned about as far as my weight not being stable or is it like I think just normal water weight reduction and regain?
