Question: Best workouts to begin preparation for become a Marine?

Im a 15 year old (male) who wants to join the Marine CORPS. Noticing how my physical condition isn't necessarily in the best of shape (too skinny, weak, and too slow) I wanted to start working out / running to build myself for the military. I was wondering if anyone had good workouts / a good workout schedule to help me gain muscle, but also incorporate cardio? Thank you PS) Since im on track for being 6'4-5 and am currently 6', im constantly burning off what I put on, so I will do what is necessary to maintain muscle
