Question: Is this a good crossfit workout?

I have never done Anything like crossfit but I have been working out for 4 years. Is this routine I made up good or too much for my first time? I'm not in the best shape but I'm getting there. I lack endurance but I make it up with strength Workout

100 pushups

100 squats

100 crunches

100 step up each side with 40 lb heavy bag

100 dumbbell snatches with light weight each arm.



Should I add more reps or am I overdoing it?
