Question: What's the exercise I would need to work on mostly for the sport of basketball?

Run, run, and run some more. Jump, jump, and jump some more. And most of all take lots of shots including free throws. You need lots of stamina to play basketball. But most of all in 2014 you need to be tall. The taller the better. You can play if you are short but you had better be a great ball handler, passer, and shooter.
