Hello, I am 21 years old, 5'1" 137 pounds. I eat extremely healthy, mainly veggies and fruits, do cardio workout everyday for 60 minutes at least and do not drink soda or alcohol. I am on an antidepressant and birth control and have been for 5 years. Over the past 2 years it has been nearly impossible for me to lose weight or get to the weight I desire. My friends and boyfriend say I do not look chubby but I am not at the weight I desire and do not feel good about myself. Any suggestions? Any ideas on why I cannot lose this unwanted weight? Thank you
