Eat less bread, keep it to two slices a day. Cut down a bit on the rice, maybe a third less of what you are eating now. Try to keep chocolate intake to maybe one day a week if you can. Eat more vegetables, especially leafy green veg, and have fruit instead of chocolate. Drink plenty of water, cut out sweet fizzy drinks and try not to eat readymade meals if you can avoid it, and also, if you must eat processed meats like sausages, try to get ones made by your local butcher and not by a big factory in another country.
Go to google and enter abdominal exercises and you will get LOTS of options. But start gentle, don't attempt to do too much at first, you could hurt yourself.
