Question: Fitness band help!?

I am looking for an affordable fitness band, it should be: -accurate

-counts your calories burned

-pedometer

-doesn't make any noises or flashes in the middle of the night

-waterproof or sweat proof (at least sweat proof)

-doesn't require a smart phone
