Question: My daughter has a wight problem?

okay well dude thats a situation, imma just start writing about how to lose weight, so basically heres how me and my folks go about it, my dads diabetic and hes taken the whole ordeal over with no insulin, yah know how yah lose weight a ******* insulin free diabetic diet, the whole thing focuses on carbs, if yah remember science class carbs are sugar when they get in the body, naturally that doesnt actually factor in on like the ninety calorie snacks and thus, they dont work so great, plus you barely get to eat anything, so if you focus on carbs youll be aiming for like 20 a meal, your average bag of chips has like 60, sounds pretty much impossible right? actually no dude not at all,basically it requires a **** ton of veggies, yah know when you see those giant *** bags of veggies in the grocery store? youll be needing those (not corn so much though it just doesn't work right) check the carbs on EVERYTHING yah know that ******* V8 ****? sounds so healthy itd be disgusting right? basically sugar water. whole ******* stores like that. Meats also naturally a good idea. so you get like those frozen chicken breasts, frozen veggies, some kind of sauce and youll be in better shape. Also for reference, youll wanna have splenda and youll need to look the crazy health food versions of pasta and flour. And remember aim for like twenty carbs a meal. Anyways sorry about the grammar on this. Typing with speed not style. also for reference before you fall into the trap gluten free means absolutely nothing as far as people that arent alergic to gluten go



and yah this **** will be hard oh and we use 35 healthy life bread and fiber gourmet pasta



and my folks mostly just drink diet soda so that **** should be fine



oh and while being strong isnt a bad idea exercise really isnt terribly helpful with weight and mostly what happens when food companys start funding the lose weight stuff (ex: michelles ******* trainwreck shes got rollin)
