so I've recently started working out to lose weight and to build muscle but i don't want my collar bones to get hidden in the muscle, i get complemented daily about them but i have no muscle so i was wondering what kind of work out i can do to build muscle but not lose my collar bones and if i just shouldn't work out my chest or shoulders please help, Thanks.
