Hey guys so im 110 lbs and I want to like I guess ton my stomach u could say I just kinda want abs. U know and I want to work out my lega and butt. So I am going to do squats and sit ups everyday for a month starting the 1st of july. How long until I see some results? And is there something else I should add to my work out? I dont have any weights other wise id do that to but yeah. Thank you!
