A little background- Im a 23 year old male. I weight train about 3 days a week, and do high intensity cardio 2 days a week. I also have a moderately physical job that i work Monday through Friday (cleaning operating rooms). I have been feeling a little weaker than usual for the last couple weeks, and I was thinking that it has to be something diet related. After analyzing my diet, I realized that I am getting around 80-100 g of protein a day. I weigh 205, so I was thinking this might be a little low. Is it possible that I am protein deficient or should i look into something else?
