So, I've heard different answers on this question. I've lost 34 pounds, I have about 25 more pounds to go, but I'm starting to tone my body a bit. I'm doing cardio and also a really extreme booty workout 3 times a week. My butt is pretty big but I do wanna tone it because I think it'll look better. But, will it be smaller or bigger? I do not wanna risk having no *** because of toning.
