Hey guys, so what I'm trying to do is lose weight and maintain my metabolism. I used to skip meals just to lose weight and it didn't turn out pretty. So now I don't skip a meal- making my breakfast the biggest amount, lunch a lesser amount, and dinner the least amount if I can. I'm eating a lot healthier as well. I currently am 5'4 and 114 pounds. I run and walk every day for an hour, 30 minutes after breakfast and 30 minutes after lunch or dinner. This in total is equal to 600 calories. I try to eat 1,500 calories but most of the time I can't cause it's too much. Will this help me maintain weight loss and metabolism?
