Where are you living fasting in london doesn't stop until close to 10pm, if your fasting though gym will have to take a backseat, you could do some exercise at home at some point in the night like after you've broken the fast but I really wouldn't recommend going to the gym for any serious workouts during the day because you can't drink water so could be more damage to your health than good, my husband swims sometimes whilst fasting but again other bleach in the water and being unable to drink afterwards can make you feel really thirsty.
As for sleep when you finish school have a nap until about 4, when you wake up try and do your studying, that way you don't have to long to wait before you break the fast, anyway you'll get in a routine after the first few days good luck
