Hi im 15 years old and weigh around 75 pounds i have a really fast metabolism and dont eat as much calories as i should.. Can someone help me with advice how to gain weight and exercise at home the healthy way? I want my body fit with a bit of muscle and a lot of weight like 90 pounds. Im a very picky eater and dont eat red meat or fish only fish sticks and chicken. I love fruits and vegetables so i eat fruit like apples and watermelon everyday. How many ensure plus should i drink a day? Can someone give me a daily plan for gaining weight and exercising (for a more lifted butt). And also im a 32A in bra will my boobs get bigger when i gain to 90 pounds and suppose to how much? Thanks!!:)
