Question: Will I gain weight?

to gain weight you need to eat , eat a lot , I'm talking 5 to 6 times a day , mostly meat . as i see you are doing pretty good keep doing what u doing but remember to hit alot throughout when i got out of high school i was bout 200 pound DE 6 4 it been a 2 years , and i play in college I'm a actually 6 5 and 270. you shouldn't work out every , you get the benefit of growth when you rest , i usually work out monday to friday and do yoga and saturday then rest on sunday . i get a meal at 8 am 10am 1 pm 5pm 8 pm and 10 pm before going to bed also take whey protein twice to three times a day keep in the work you should be able to gain at least 6 to 12 pound before the season starts
