MuscleEgg Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake



Crust



  1. 2 cups almond meal

  2. 1/three cup Pumpkin Spice MuscleEgg

  3. 2 tsp cinnamon

  4. three tbsp coconut oil


Filling



  1. 1 can pumpkin

  2. 1/3 cup Pumpkin Spice MuscleEgg

  3. 2 tbsp apple sauce

  4. 1 tsp vanilla or almond extract

  5. 1 eye droplet of vanilla stevia or 1/4 cup stevia

  6. 1 8oz packet of fat free cream cheese

  7. 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or half cinnamon/half nutmeg)


Crust



  1. Preheat oven to 375.

  2. Mix ingredients together and stir until smooth.

  3. In a 9″ pie pan, grease lightly with coconut oil.

  4. Gently press crust mixture into pan and slowly work up edges.

  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes.


Filling



  1. Combine all ingredients and mix or wisp together.

  2. Bake for an additional 40 minutes or until cracks begin to form at pie edges.

  3. Remove from oven and let cool.

  4. Place in refrigerator overnight or for at least 2 hours before serving.

  5. Serve chilled.
