the reason being, my metabolism is so good. makes no sense to me, but when i think about the fact that i am high strung, it makes more sense. it’s just that one doesn’t think of a fat person being high strung, right? well, i am, and now that my body’s getting into the thinner mode, it just makes sense. maybe?
i calculated what i should be burning (quit my exercise routine after starting a new job 2 months ago), and i should be burning 1769 calories. and yet, even with 2200 calories i’m losing bits here and there. i’m not doing regular rotations anymore, since i reversed dieted. was JUDDD the cause? being high strung? the only health related issues i have, now that my monthly’s just about gone (yes!) are charlie horses (mostly they’re under control now that i’m taking magnesium), PCOS, and chronic mild vertigo. would vertigo cause me to burn more calories?
years ago, following a rather strict diet, i lost 60 lbs over several years. to maintain, i had to eat 1000 calories or less. so when i started JUDDD, i was so very afraid that i’d wreck my metabolism once again, and yet now that i’m here, my metabolism is better than it’s ever been in my life. i weigh less now than i did when i was 11!
any thoughts? anyone else experience this? i did not lose weight quickly or easily with JUDDD. i felt like each cotton pickin’ pound got here off like pulling enamel, at an ordinary of 1 lb. per week. now, i am “sustaining” and shedding a typical of 1 lb. per thirty days. good downside to have, i assume. on occasion i think like the fellow in stephen king’s “thinner”.
