Hello Jim and Others! I like training with beyond program and right now I have a secret fetish for power cleans. So is PC a proper movement using beyond percentages also? Is it best to perform it before squats/deads as usually in regular 5/3/1? Is it ok to train like “full physique energy smooth” (superior template) with beyon percentages?
