A tip for reducing shoulder and elbow pain

If you spend a lot of time typing at a laptop computer then you might find that you develop shoulder and elbow pain from the repetitive movements and because your lower arms are not supported.

I was speaking to a physio about this and she advised me to rest a pillow under my forearms to take the strain from my shoulders and elbows.

I have found that this works quite well; my arms don't get tired so easily and the pain has eased. So if you experience shoulder and elbow pain from too much computer work, then this might also help you.
