Arthritis and Acupuncture...

Recently I have been going to an "Acupuncture" specialist for treatment and some relief from my arthritic pain. After the first session I was amazed at the relief I felt. In the past I was curious about acupuncture and if it would relieve the discomfort I felt from arthritic joints. Well my curiosity was pleasantly satisfied after the first session. I was a little leery about the amount of pain involved in the procedure. To my surprise there was virtually NO pain! In fact it was something of a pleasant sensation I can't quite describe. The result was less pain in the affected joints. For those of you out there with arthritis I would highly recommend trying it. Acupuncture may not cure arthritis but it surly eases the pain and not just for the moment but for several days. Have any of you out there ever tried "Acupuncture" and if so what was your impression of the procedure and the results?
