Rest period for finger training

When training for endurance and speed of fingers (pianist, Rubik's cube solving for example) how much rest should I be taking? I understand with weight training you require 1-2 days, but then the heart never has a rest, so for finger/hand training what would be appropriate. I've been doing non stop Rubik's cube practice for about 4-5 hours a day for 5-6 days straight now and my hands are really starting to feel tired and weak. How much time should I lay off for an effective recovery?
