I used to be pretty flexible as a kid; however...I guess when I stopped stretching I completely lost it all. I was just wondering what stretches I can do to gain my flexibility back. I used to be a tumbler, so I was able to do a splits, back bends, and the whole nine yards. Also, how long do you think I should stretch a day? 20 minutes? An hour?
