Howdy all. The last week or so, I've been sort of auditing and refining my supplement regimen. My daily vitamins have been cleaned up and reduced to a core few.
However, I am not turning my attention to pre-workout supplements and thought I'd throw the topic out there for discuss. What pre-workout supplements are you using? Why? Are there any you avoid?
