Where do you get your energy from (food)?

1.Do you use Carbs, Protiens, fats?

2.How much of it do you consume (please include your unit measure)?

3.Do you feel it meets your metabolic needs?

4.How much do you feel you can achieve with your current rate of consumption?

5.If there is anything the you would like to improve please share!



Mine-



1&2.I consume around 2000-2500 kcal per day. I follow 80/10/10 (carb/pro/fat) so for an average 2000 kcal day I would typically consume 1600 from cabs (fruit) 200 from protiens and 200 from fat (tender greens)

3.I have more energy than I have ever had, definitey feel like it meets my needs.

4.I am currently a beginner in the fitness world, I am improving running times (10k from 50 mins down to 40mins) It is still increasing, so I cannot answer this question fully.

5. I my goal is to run a marathon, therefore looking to add more food as my body needs it. And I want to get to fully raw, at the moment I eat cooked carbs at night.
