Best way to get that beach body before summer?

Hello everybody,



Every year I have got the intention to lose weight before summer, so I wil look totally fabulous in my bikini. This year I am actually maintaining! I started to run 3 times a week and working out a bit. I train my abs and my legs most of the time. Besides working out I eat less and a lot healthier. I am starting to notice some changes in my body, but I am really curious what your tips are to lose fat (or turn fat into muscles). Feel free to tell me :)
