you can prob only go so far w/ the amt of resistance using bands; they the muscles adapt and more wt is needed, that would be the free wts.
I say probably, not knowing how bands have changed recently, if they have.
there may be bands avail w/ greater resistance.
they have the risk of snapping and injuring eyes.
free wts have the risk of being dropped and injuring feet; wear steel toed food wear.
