Query: Is burning seven hundred energy on the gymnasium a low quantity?

I am a man and I am 6’2 and 260lbs (majority of it muscle). I not too long ago stopped enjoying soccer and am now specializing in looking to slim down. My intention is to shave off 40lbs in like 5 months or so.

Once I go to the health club tho, I believe like burning seven hundred energy is low. Don’t seem to be I imagined to burn greater than I consume?
