Does eating something healthy after something unhealthy combat it?

For example I was out all day and it's hot so I got too chilled coffee slushie drinks which I'm assuming is most likely really sweet and high in calories but not too long after I drank two bottles of water to sort of flush it out. I also ate a sandwich from subway I put a lot of dressing in which I know is unhealthy but I loaded it with cucumbers, lettuce, and tomatoes which I know is healthy so does that combat it or it doesn't ?
