Question: How can you become flexible fast?

How can you become flexible fast?

I'm not flexible at all, the back of my knees are really tight and i cant keep them straight to kick above my waste. I'm going to try out for cheerleading during basketball season so I need to become flexible. I cant do any of the three splits, I can almost touch my toes and stuff but overall Im just not flexible. I stretch but nothing helps. how can i get flexible???
