Question: How Can I Lose Weight By Fasting Without The Backfire Effect?

You can't avoid it. If you fast, your body does not have enough energy (calories) to maintain itself. It goes into a "survival mode" after the 1st week.

It is incredibly unhealthy.

Rather look for alternative ways to lose weight. Like: eating with a calorie deficit (nothing under 1200). It worked for me. I lost 14lbs in 4weeks.
