Question: I don't look my weight? It's low?

i'm 5'0" and 79 lbs apparently im underweight but im not skinny only small framed

i dont have a flat stomach i have flabby thighs and im unfit i eat really weird sometimes 700 - 900 calories sometimes 1200 - 1400 so thats really screwed up its not intended though i dont exercise other than gym class

I don't know what my weight should be because i dont want to get fatter........

i dont have bdd or anything it just weird because i dont look my weight so I can't say i want to lose weight because then it'd be too low I just want less fat so idk what to do??????? Do i weight train??( will that make me bulkly?)

(I just turned 13 btw like NOTE: please don't answer telling me that my body is fine or that its not that i need to gain weight because i feel fine physically
