Question: How much of this weight that I lost was muscle?

How much of this weight that I lost was muscle?

<span class="qna-sprite abDescExpandIcon"/>

For the past week or so I've been cutting to prepare for a doctor's apt. (I weight a lot from bodybuilding, I'm only 14% body fat but the doctor will whine and moan if I happen to be any bulkier than a twig) so that the doctor will have less of a case to call me fat, and as a result In 5 days I lost 5 pounds. That can't be healthy. I've been lifting and doing afterburn workouts, and taking in more protein than usual, but I know for a fact that you can't lose more than 2 lbs of fat a week and have it still be mostly fat, though odder things have happened (a lifting buddy of mine who's body is pretty similar to my own once gained 6.5 lbs of lean muscle in 10 days). Other factors to consider: I'm a mesomorph, high metabolism, and I do tend to gain and lose weight sort of on the quick side, Just it's never happened this quick before and I don't want to lose lean body mass. My upper body muscles don't look smaller, I do look a little thinner but I can't be certain on what happened. Basically, what do you think happened? Did I lose 5 lbs of mostly muscle? I could probably rebuild it without too much hassle, I'd just rather not lose it in the first place.
