Question: What does this mean on a diet? Am I getting sick?

What does this mean on a diet? Am I getting sick?

<span class="qna-sprite abDescExpandIcon"/>

I'm on a moderate carb diet with only carbs like beans and legumes, sweet potatoes, berries, a little pure raw coconut water (but this is only after a big walk when its hot/humid), greens, non-starchy veggies... a lot of healthy protein from meat, fish and eggs and fats like coconut oil and, avocados, nuts. Besides that I don't exercise a lot. I just walk a lot and do yoga. I make sure get enough sleep. I take a multivitamin just in case. I don't think I'm missing anything. I'm losing from 2 to 4 oz a day. I've lost a little over 8 lbs so far. The thing is since my diet I've been aching so much. At first it was my thighs but that went away. Now its my butt cheeks and lower back. Before that it was my stomach muscles. I'm not doing heavy cardio. I'm not lifting weights or doing major toning. Just stretching in yoga which I did before so why am I hurting? Its this normal in a diet? Please help. I get anxiety related to health issues and am afraid I'm sick now. In the past drs have told me I hurt from contracting during panic attacks but I haven't had any panic attacks in a while which is why I'm worried. I need to be reassured so that I can relax.
