I'm 5'8 125lbs and female. This is what I ate for lunch today:
pumpkin flavored granola bar
coffee flavored greek yogurt
cheestick
baby carrots & hummus
small Hersheys chocolate bar I had an Honest Kids brand juice pouch to drink.
This is my typical lunch, and I didn't think it was overly healthy, but many people have been commenting on it and whether it's too little food and saying I'm such a healthy eater. I just don't like sandwiches, so I bring little snacks instead. I make sure I have enough protein (the yogurt has 12 grams).
