you change your diet. im trying to lose weight and I KNOW that it is working out regularly and eating healthy (life style change) that help you lose weight and maintain it
but my question is what would happen if you only changed your diet without exercising. would you shed a bit of weight first then when you strt to workout you lose the rest or will the weight stay there until you burn it off?
